FAQ
Nope. Most of us were never taught this, and none of it is a personal failing. Financial Foundations starts at the beginning, with your real numbers and no shame.
Yes. It covers debt repayment strategies and spending that matches your values, and you can bring your debt plan to group coaching to build it with us.
Very common, and exactly what Financial Foundations is for. You'll figure out how much emergency fund you actually need and set up your savings automations.
It depends. If you have a full emergency fund, clarity on where your money goes, and spending and savings systems that feel aligned with your life, you're ready to start investing. If not, start with Financial Foundations. Safety comes before investing, so when you do invest, it's from stability, not stress. Want both? Take them back to back.
Yes. Once you have an emergency fund in place, the amount matters less than the habit. Start small and raise the amount over time.
No. We're educators and coaches, not licensed advisors or CFPs. Nothing we teach is financial, tax, or legal advice, and we don't recommend specific products. For anything legal or highly personal (divorce, estates, taxes), talk to a licensed professional.
No. The core of our work (knowing your numbers, building financial safety, rewriting your money story) applies anywhere in the world. Some examples and account types are US-based, so bring your country-specific questions to group coaching and we'll help you translate them.

We split it out because women need financial safety first. Investing now lives in its own course, Intentional Investing.
Part 2. It gets into the specifics of investing, and we've taught it live for three years. The on-demand version launches in November, and it includes 4 live group coaching sessions with us.
We teach you how investing works and how to decide for yourself, but we don't recommend specific products.
Financial Foundations is $697. Intentional Investing is $997. Take both together in the bundle for $1,500.
Yes. Financial Foundations payment plans start at $130/month, and Intentional Investing has a payment plan option of $215/month.

A financial education and coaching company that teaches women how to feel good about money. We guide you to rewrite your money story and spend, save, invest, and give in a way that matches the life you want.
Lexi Sidle has a finance degree and a master's in international business from the University of Florida. After working in finance in NYC, she noticed how many high earners were still living paycheck to paycheck, so she started hosting money workshops for friends, which grew into Wealthkind. She also brings mindfulness and meditation from her yoga teaching. Delana Bristow was laid off from a consulting job at the start of the pandemic and faced lifestyle creep head-on. She paid off $25K in credit card debt and tripled her net worth in four years. She comes from Teach for America and designs our curriculum. She holds degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and Georgetown University.
Because personal finance isn't hard, women just were never taught how to build wealth. We wanted to close that gap without gatekeeping or shame.
We want financial literacy to feel accessible, easy, and a lot less intimidating, because we need more good people to have money. Four values guide everything we do: freedom, safety, growth, and connection. Financial wellness matters as much as your spiritual, emotional, and physical health, and money confidence ripples out into friendships, families, and communities.
Three things. We're holistic: we balance the logical and emotional sides of money. We're personalized: money is personal, so we get to know you. And we're actionable: our tools and strategies are easy to adopt, and we help you define your investing strategy and get started.
We envision a world where women feel empowered to take control of their finances, share knowledge in community, and rely on themselves for financial decisions.
